1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the bdtk77 website, mobile site, and all associated services available at bdtk77.bet.
• "Player" or "You" means any registered user who has created a bdtk77 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the bdtk77 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or any other incentive granted by bdtk77 subject to wagering conditions.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player directly from their own payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover required before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain a bdtk77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdtk77 operates a strict 21+ policy across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate partner of bdtk77, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not currently hold, or have previously held, a suspended or terminated bdtk77 account.

bdtk77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for the refusal.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdtk77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service.
• Never share your account login details with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bdtk77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bdtk77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a suspected breach to bdtk77 in writing.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

bdtk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdtk77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• bdtk77 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This includes but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation.
• All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdtk77 does not apply currency conversion fees on standard BDT transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdtk77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players as determined by bdtk77 at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all Players.
• Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• bdtk77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not materially disadvantage Players who have already commenced fulfilment of a wagering requirement in good faith.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household address, per shared IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and collusion between accounts, will result in cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible account suspension.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All sports betting markets and casino game outcomes on the bdtk77 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. The following general conduct rules apply across all products:

• Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except where bdtk77 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit facility for a specific market.
• bdtk77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error. Players will be notified and the stake refunded where a bet is voided on these grounds.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the records held by bdtk77's server systems shall be deemed definitive. Player-side screenshots or device recordings are not accepted as evidence of an alternative outcome.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical faults in the Platform for financial gain will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through such exploitation.
• All casino games on the bdtk77 Platform use certified random number generators. The Platform does not influence game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published return-to-player percentages.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform without human oversight.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering and fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing betting limits, or evading restrictions applied to an existing account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the bdtk77 Platform, its content, or its underlying software.

8 Responsible Gaming

bdtk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. A request to lower a limit takes effect immediately. A request to raise a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has been reached.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtk77 Platform, including but not limited to the bdtk77 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, promotional artwork, written content, and software, is the intellectual property of bdtk77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the bdtk77 Platform or its content without prior written consent from bdtk77. Unauthorised use of bdtk77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

bdtk77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may affect Platform availability. bdtk77 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdtk77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bdtk77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the bdtk77 Platform is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems solely for the purpose of delivering and protecting bdtk77 services.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

bdtk77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for criminal purposes.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bdtk77 staff or other Players.
• Provision of false personal information during registration or verification.

Where an account is terminated for cause, bdtk77 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bdtk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bdtk77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to registered Players. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bdtk77 Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bdtk77 Platform, you agree to first contact bdtk77 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

bdtk77 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law.
